Dr. Whitney Sippl is a women’s health physical therapist and a board-certified women’s clinical specialist. She offers customized treatment plans to clients in the comfort of their own homes, as well as in-office consultations and treatment. She’s passionate about promoting awareness, well-being, and healing with a goal of empowering women during the prenatal and postnatal periods to address discomforts or concerns.
Many women are told that symptoms such as incontinence, painful intercourse, scar pain, pelvic or back pain, pelvic pressure or abdominal separation are normal during pregnancy or after having a baby; however, though COMMON, these conditions are not “NORMAL” and there are many ways to address these concerns. She teaches a complimentary virtual monthly class (Pelvic Floor & Core for Pregnancy, Postpartum & Beyond), speaks for various moms’ groups, and also has several courses available ("Prenatal Physical Health and Labor Prep" and "Postpartum Physical Recovery") that she created to educate and empower her clients.
Whitney loves teaching women ways to take care of themselves during pregnancy and how to get their bodies back after childbirth. In her free time, she enjoys playing beach volleyball, hiking, and traveling with her husband and two kids.
